Samuel offers a range of learning and development opportunities, including: 

- A company mentorship program, which is open to all employees, at every level of the organization. 

- Leadership development training for new managers and senior leaders, which blends online and in-person learning.

- A tuition reimbursement program that allows you to continue your learning outside of the organization. Samuel will cover educational costs up to $10,000 annually.

- An online learning club that is open to all levels of the organization. This free resource offers access to hundreds of courses, which can be completed at the time that works best for you.

While the opportunities for flexible work vary by role and location, we do try to offer hybrid work schedules wherever possible.

From there, they can select ‘Actions’, ‘Refer Candidate’ from the top right corner. They will then be prompted to email the application to you, and you can apply directly from there. 

At Samuel, we know that our people are our greatest asset and we always do our best to find positions for people who are a great fit for the Samuel team.
